AIG programming at WYWLA includes curriculum compacting, enrichment sessions, as well as co-planning and co-teaching with core instructors.
Two optional parent question and answer session for parents of identified AIG students will take place in Room L17 of Lineberry Hall on Friday morning, 10/28/2019 from 7:30-8:15, and additionally that afternoon from 1:30-2:15. Choose a session that works for you if you have questions. This meeting is completely optional! Feel free to reach out via email with questions. THE AIG NOMINATION WINDOW IS CURRENTLY OPEN. Once a nomination is received, observation checklists will be collected from teachers and parents and cumulative student records will be reviewed. Data will be reviewed with the School-Based Committee for Gifted Education to determine testing eligibility. The Fall Testing window is closed. Spring testing will 1/10-1/24.
